Radaro has introduced a new Route Optimisation view for Group & Sub Brand Manager user roles, an enhancement designed to elevate transparency and operational efficiency.

What’s New?

The new Route Optimisation view complements the existing standard view used by Operations and Dispatch Managers for daily scheduling and adds another layer of detail to the simplified view only access, afforded to customer service and sales teams.

The new route optimisation view is presented in a Gantt chart format, allowing managers to log in at any point during the day and obtain a clear understanding of the progress and performance of each driver. This visual representation serves as a powerful tool to identify and address any unwanted behaviour or failures in the delivery process promptly.

The Group Manager Route Optimisation view is a fantastic function in which Nick Scali has benefited within Despatch Operations.
