Feature Enhancement: Driver Profile Settings Just Got Smarter

You asked—we delivered.

Radaro Drivers have long had the ability to configure their profiles directly within the Radaro App. However, many organisations expressed a need for greater control—particularly for managers to assist in setting up and maintaining accurate Driver profiles.

We’ve listened, and now it’s here.

What’s New? Manager Access to Driver Profiles

Through the Radaro Management Portal, managers can now view and update key Driver information, including:

• Name

• Phone number

• Email address

Additionally, managers can customise the vehicle icon displayed on tracking maps—swap a car for a truck or any other relevant vehicle type to better represent your fleet.

Plus, if you’re working with contractor drivers, you can now attach the Carrier name to each Driver profile. This provides better visibility for your teams and enables more detailed reporting for streamlined fleet management.

What Else Can You Do in the Driver Profile?

The Driver Profile still includes:

• Vehicle Capacity settings

• Driver Statistics, including working hours and break data

This ensures you maintain a complete view of Driver compliance regarding vehicle limits and working hours.
